Westex’s main focus is the Export of Pakistani Rice and general
trading of Steel and other Commodities.
WTL was established in 1989 as Private Limited Company in Karachi,
Pakistan. Over the years Westex has established itself as a leading
Processors and Exporter of Pakistani Rice, furthermore, through much
effort Westex was able to establish itself as a reliable source for
all types of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous scrap such as Shredded Steel, HMS
1 & 2 for the end users here in Pakistan.
At the same time, since 1994 Westex has been actively engaged in the
Development of Infrastructure Projects, specially Independent Power
Projects including projects which are based on Waste to Energy, Wind
etc here in Pakistan and as well as in other Countries, however, since
1996 the project development activity has been specifically assigned
to its sister concern Infrastructure Development Group (see link for
further details).
